For this application, the company needed a traceability solution to mark different logos on steel saw blades. However, the company wanted to avoid engraving the material, so Technomark provided the Graphix Inline laser marking machine.

The Graphix Inline fits into a custom marking station with an adjustable X table and a manual column to easily adapt the position of the laser. After one blade is marked, the table deposits it into the next step of the production line and starts over with a new blade.

The Graphix Inline is a great fit for fast-paced production lines because of its varying automation options and easily adjustable marking head.
