This workstation was designed to mark small plastic inserts used in vehicle assemblies. Technomark’s Graphix Inline laser marking system provides differing levels of automation, giving operators the ability to speed up their production lines.
The automated process here involves removing a portion of glue on an insert. This insert is then put in a plastic injection moulding tool positioned under the laser. Once the part is marked and verified, the process starts over again.
The Graphix Inline used in this application can mark 15,000 parts per day, a vast improvement to virtually any line’s efficiency!
