MARKING SOLUTION
This company develops parts for orthopedic implants, including:
- Disks
- Screws
- Artificial vertebrae
All of these parts are made out of aluminium alloys, titanium alloys, or thermoplastic polymer (PEEK), and require traceability.
Technomark developed a marking solution using the Graphix Inline laser marking system and a specific marking table.
The parts to be marked are settled on a lifting table with lattices, which allows simultaneous marking of several parts. The laser is fixed inside the station and operated manually. It’s even equipped with a vertical slide opening assisted with graspings.
