Annual Maintenance Agreement (AMA)

The TECHNOMARK AMA is a predictive maintenance (PM) program that maximizes production uptime while minimizing costly repairs by performing equipment maintenance at regularly scheduled intervals. Benefits of
the AMA program as follows:

• Repair services discounted by 10%
• HOT SWAP rental machines provided for no additional cost while customer goods are in for regularly scheduled PM and/or unscheduled repair*
• Equipment that is properly maintained according to the OEM maintenance schedule is less likely to suffer catastrophic failure in production, minimizing costly repairs and maximizing production uptime.
• Because equipment maintenance is performed at regularly scheduled intervals, the rotation of machines from the customer site to the TECHNOMARK repair center becomes predictive rather than reactive. This minimizes unplanned production downtime, maximizes Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and reduces operating costs.
