Technomark’s Multi4 Integrated dot peen marking machine was specifically developed for the expert marking of aircraft turbine blades.
The marking unit is installed in an automated post with a front-loading conveyor, a light curtain, and a rotating board to mark the back of the blade. The board is equipped to adjust to different heights to fit the various blade models.
Technomark also developed the marking software that allows the controller to customize:
